We had poor speaker system that could have caused failure to our grand event at Fairmont Palliser. Burbu, in an extremely critical moment during the peak of the programs, rushed and brought his two high quality speakers. His knowledge of music and sense of public feel and demand are outstanding. Bring Burbu in if you would like a successful function.

DJ Barbu is by far the best DJ around. I hired him for an event I was hosting and he showed up 30 minutes early and was the last to leave. The only thing that trumps his 5/5 work ethic and professionalism was his set!!!! Unbelievable!! He knew all the greatest hits and knew exactly what the audience wanted to hear. I had the recent pleasure of working with DJ Barbu at a charity poker event… and for a non-dancing party I tell ya, he made EVERYONE want to get up out of their chairs! People kept on talking at the table I was at and around me… “OMG, this guy is playing ALL the best songs!” I truly enjoyed his entire set… he knew what songs went best together, and how to keep the mood upbeat and happy all night long! As I mentioned it was a non-dancing event… but he was still behind the wheels of steel working and mixing like he had a dance floor filled with 500 people in front of him! Now that’s true work ethic! I’m a wedding photographer, and have worked with dozens and dozens of DJs over my career… but DJ Barbu is second to none! He is amazing, and I recommend him 100%!!! 5 out of 5 stars!
